Professor CONUASS 7
Candidates for Professor must possess the following;
- Should be a Reader with a PhD and either of the following MSc, MA, MEd, LLM from a recognized University
- Minimum of twelve (12) years cognate teaching and research experience (Post Masters)
- All Professional Masters will not be recognized
- Minimum of twenty (20) publications in reputable journals
- Evidence of mentoring and postgraduate supervision
- Fellowship or Membership of relevant professional bodies
Reader CONUASS 6
Candidate for reader must possess the following;
- Should be a senior lecturer with a PhD and either MSc, MA, MEd, or LLM from a recognized University
- Minimum of ten (10) years cognate teaching and research experience (Post Masters)
- Minimum of fifteen (15) publications in reputable journals
- Fellowship or Membership of relevant professional bodies
Senior Lecturer CONUASS 5
Candidates for Senior Lecturer must possess the following;
- Should be a lecturer 1 with a PhD and either of the following: MSc, MA, MEd, LLM from a recognized University
- Minimum of seven (7) years cognate teaching and research experience (Post Masters)
- Minimum of ten (10) publications in reputable journals
- Evidence of monitoring and postgraduate supervision
- Fellowship or Membership of relevant professional bodies
Lecturer I CONUASS 4
Candidates for Lecturer 1 must possess the following;
- Should be a lecturer II with a PhD and either MSc, MA, MEd, or LLM from a recognized University
- Minimum of Five (5) years of cognate teaching and research experience
- Minimum of Six (6) publications in reputable journals
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
Lecturer II CONUASS 3
Candidates for Lecturer II must possess ether.
- A PhD from a recognized University or
- Good Master degree (MA, Med, MSc, LLM, DVM, D. Pharm. MBBS) from a recognized University with
- Minimum of three (3) years cognate teaching and research experience (Post Masters)
- Minimum of three (3) publications in reputable journals
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
